CV Consulting in Northamptonshire seeks an experienced Site Hygiene Manager to lead the night shift on a busy FMCG site. You will manage two Hygiene Managers and ~40 operatives, drive cleaning standards and ensure GMP/compliance across the plant.
You will plan hygiene activities up to six months ahead, host customer visits, manage budgets, and foster a proactive health and safety culture while delivering key KPI improvements.
