Painting parts to a high quality Working with single and 2 pack paint. Daily maintenance checks of the spray gun and all paint equipment. Manual handling duties. Responsible for working in a team-based environment working on a busy assembly line manufacturing ground support equipment. Working to set production targets and will need to have the ability to safely move production parts Desirable Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working in an Automotive, workshop environment, but this is not essential.
Candidates must have experience of:
- Spray painting Removing Decals Small touch ups Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Excellent verbal and written skills Highest level of integrity, honesty, and trust Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities. Strong communication skills A "Can do" resilient attitude and ability to interact with a multi-functional team. Able to assess workload and commit to realistic timeline.

Assemble a variety of different components in the Finishing end of production according to customer specification. Experience in AC/DC electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics. Quality check your own work and that of colleagues. Experience using hand, air and electric tools to complete tasks. Working on own initiative and as part of a team Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
Liaise on an on-going basis with Supervisors, Managers, and team members. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines. Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Any other duties as required by the production manager to suit business needs. Adherence to our ISO 9001 Quality management system. Qualifications:
Experience in fitting, assembly, manufacturing, engineering, mechanics.
Experience of handheld tools Ability to assemble consistently to a high standard. Able to trouble shoot and solve problems. A 'can do' attitude and ability to interact with a multifunctional team. Desirable Ideally you will have knowledge of mains AC and automotive DC electrical and hydraulic schematics and significant experience of electrical fault finding and diagnostics within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Ground Support Equipment would be advantageous as well as hydraulic pumps and valves.
