Pucklechurch, BS16 Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Job Type: Temporary – Ongoing We are looking for a reliable and practical Production Operative to join a manufacturing team based in Pucklechurch, BS16. This is a hands-on role carrying out basic wire assembly work in a busy production environment. Previous experience in production, manufacturing or assembly would be beneficial, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The Role The role will involve completing repetitive production and assembly tasks accurately while maintaining high quality standards. Your main duties will include:
Carrying out basic wire assembly work Cutting, preparing and assembling wires and components Following simple work instructions and production processes Checking completed work for quality and accuracy Completing repetitive production tasks consistently Working with small components and paying close attention to detail Supporting the wider production team with general manufacturing duties Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working area About You The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing or assembly Good manual dexterity and confidence working with small components A practical and hands-on approach Good attention to detail and a focus on quality The ability to follow instructions accurately A reliable and positive attitude The ability to work independently as well as part of a team A good work ethic and willingness to learn This is not a highly skilled technical position.
Basic production or assembly experience is ideal, but candidates with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn will also be considered. Working Hours & Pay Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 Pay: £12.71 per hour. This is a temporary ongoing position offering regular weekday work.
