Production​/Manufacturing Technician

We are looking for a Production-focused Technician with strong experience working in a shift-based manufacturing environment
. The role is responsible for overseeing production activities, managing a small team of AM Technicians, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met within a 24-hour manufacturing operation
.

• Work on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern.
• Work both day and night shifts as part of the rotating schedule: 4 days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM- 4 days off and 4 nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM- 4 days off
• Lead and manage 2 Additive Manufacturing (AM) Technicians during each shift.
• Coordinate daily production activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Monitor production progress and ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.
• Provide a clear and accurate handover to the incoming shift.
• Maintain continuity of production across the client's 24-hour manufacturing cycle.
• Ensure production activities follow relevant work instructions, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve production issues and escalat
• Support and guide technicians to ensure work is completed to the required standard.
• Maintain accurate production and shift records.
• Promote a strong safety, quality, and continuous-improvement culture.

• Production-focused and hands‑on.
• Comfortable working a 4-on, 4-off rotating day/night shift.
• Experienced in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Confident managing and supporting a small team.
• Strong in welding, fabrication, machining, or precision manufacturing.
• Able to work under production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety.
• Comfortable with onsite manufacturing work.
