About the role Key Information

Marketing and Communications Manager

Full time, 37 hours

Salary: £36,500 per annum

Bristol Beacon’s purpose is to unite people through the joy of live music. As a renowned venue and award-winning music education hub, we achieve this through a remarkable, diverse and inspiring programme of live music performance, participation and learning.

Are you a creative, strategic marketer ready to amplify the work of a music organisation that seeks to inspire and connect with diverse audiences from across the city? Bristol Beacon is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to create bold, integrated campaigns that connect people with extraordinary live music and creative learning experiences.

Working closely with the Director of Audiences, you’ll plan and deliver high‑impact marketing and communications campaigns across digital, print, PR and social channels, manage agency relationships, oversee budgets, and grow the Beacon brand. You’ll work with a collaborative team, with line management responsibility for one team member, and work with colleagues across the organisation to drive ticket sales, grow audiences and strengthen our local and national reputation.

This is a hands‑on management role for someone with a flair for creative campaigns, a sharp eye for detail, strong data insight skills, and a passion for music and culture in all its forms. Join a welcoming team and help create truly impactful and memorable music experiences at a pivotal time in the organisation’s development.

We reserve the right to close applications a week before the deadline if a suitable number of applications are received.
