Turtle Bay is all about bringing the energy, soul, and spirit of the Caribbean to the UK – and we’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital vision and keep us ahead of the curve.
This isn’t just about managing campaigns – it’s about shaping the future of how Turtle Bay connects with guests online. You’ll own our digital strategy end-to-end, driving innovation across social, CRM, paid media, SEO, and app engagement. From big‑picture planning to hands‑on delivery, you’ll make sure every digital touchpoint feels unmistakably Turtle Bay – vibrant, authentic, and full of good vibes.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you’ll be the digital authority in the business and lead a talented team of three: two Digital Marketing Executives and one Senior Marketing Executive.
You’ll set the pace for how we engage, convert, and retain guests, using data‑driven insights to optimise performance and deliver measurable growth.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, commercially sharp, and bursting with ideas. You’ll combine creativity with analytical thinking, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and know how to pivot when trends shift. Key Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior digital marketing role with proven leadership
- Expertise in digital strategy, multi‑channel campaign management, and performance optimisation
- Strong knowledge of social media, CRM, SEO, PPC, and paid media
- Experience managing agencies and internal stakeholders at a senior level
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on delivery
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with CMS tools, CRM platforms, and app comms
- Agency account management
- Marketing within the hospitality industry
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and implement the digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and inspire a team of three, driving best‑in‑class digital output
- Report regularly to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and grow
Social Media & Content
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and paid campaigns
- Ensure everything we post is bold, relevant, and full of personality
- Manage influencer partnerships and activations that amplify our brand
- Report regularly on performance of digital channels and campaigns with recommendations
CRM & App
- Lead CRM strategy to maximise guest engagement and loyalty
- Deliver personalised journeys and campaigns that drive bookings
- Grow and optimise our Bay Club app, adding value for members
Website & SEO
- Keep our website fresh, optimised, and converting
- Manage booking widgets and ensure a seamless guest experience
- Drive SEO performance and track results
Paid Media
- Own paid ads strategy across Meta and Google
- Continuously optimise spend, targeting, and creative
Local Marketing & National Campaigns
- Support restaurant teams with local activations and events
- Deliver national campaigns that build brand awareness and drive footfall
What does my role look like?
Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible to business needs
Days: Typically, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends for events
Where: Based at our Bristol Head Office (at least 4 days in office) with occasional travel to sites
Reporting to: Marketing Director
Development: Regular check‑ins to support your growth, KPIs, and training
