Why this role mattersIn this role, you will own the narrative for your product area, turning technical capabilities into value‑led stories that resonate with customers, sales teams, and the wider market. You’ll lead go‑to‑market strategy, drive cross‑functional alignment, and build the foundations that help our products win.
What you’ll do Position the product- Develop strategic positioning, messaging, and value propositions that articulate how we deliver value.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome‑driven stories.
- Understand the competitive landscape and define how we win.
- Build sales‑ready materials that bring our product story to life.
- Partner with Enablement and Insights teams to ensure materials are strategic, scalable, and commercially effective.
- Maintain a strong library of proof points demonstrating real customer value.
- Become the go‑to expert for your product area.
- Create clear, context‑rich education materials for both internal teams and customers.
- Deliver webinars, training sessions, and drop‑ins to build product fluency across the organisation.
- Lead cross‑functional planning and execution of product launches.
- Align product, sales, enablement, and marketing around shared launch plans.
- Define what’s launching, who needs to know, and how we tell the story.
- Coordinate communication from pre‑launch through to post‑launch.
You bring energy, curiosity, and a hunger to constantly improve. You build strong relationships, collaborate naturally across teams, and take action quickly—always learning, communicating clearly, and following through. You’re someone who can simplify complexity and confidently deliver a compelling story. Experience using AI tools to elevate your work is highly valued.
- Strong experience B2B product marketing, proposition management, or similar.
- Proven track record in positioning, messaging, and crafting value propositions.
- Experience influencing and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and simplify complexity.
- Experience leading product launches.
- Confident presenting to sales teams, customers, and senior leaders.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.
- Background in GTM planning, commercial strategy, or segment marketing.
- Experience in competitive intelligence or sales enablement.
