On the supply side of the legal market, every year Legal 500’s team of over 150 researchers, technologists, data analysts, journalists and content specialists collate and review 60,000+ data-submissions from law firms and conduct interviews with thousands of leading law firm partners. On the demand side, Legal 500 analyses confidential data from 300,000+ commercial law firm clients to benchmark law firms and lawyers by practice area;

About the RoleOur new Marketing Executive will be working alongside our Marketing Manager in Bristol, also working closely with the marketing team in London. You ll be joining at an exciting time, Legal 500 acquired Mondaq at the end of 2025, so you ll have the opportunity to support during that transition.
The role is centred on coordinating and executing a wide range of campaigns and activities that enhance brand visibility, strengthen client engagement, and support business development goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone early on in his marketing career to work in a team of 5 marketeers working across a range of products and services.
What you'll be doingYou'll focus on three core pillars:
Marketing Campaign Delivery- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Coordinating content, assets, and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and monitor campaign performance and support reporting on key outcomes
- Producing and maintaining high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts
- Ensure all communications reflect the firm’s brand, tone, and messaging standards
- Assist with email marketing, including list management and campaign coordination as well as maintaining client engagement tools such as CRM systems or mailing lists
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across marketing, sales and product
- Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance effectiveness
- Generalist marketing experience, with a key focus on core marketing principles, including email marketing, campaign planning, content creation, and brand management
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging and on-brand content
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks while also collaborating on larger projects
- Hybrid workplace - 3 days a week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday), 2 days remote
- Office location is central Bristol
- This role would suit someone who has some commercial experience in Marketing
