The RoleAs Senior Data Strategist, you will:
- Translate customer data into insight-driven CRM strategies focused on growth, retention, and ROI.
- Analyse client tech stacks and optimise end‑to‑end CRM processes and customer lifecycle journeys.
- Build compelling data stories and client‑ready decks that influence decision‑making.
- Partner closely with data teams to extract insights and turn complex analysis into clear recommendations.
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients, engaging stakeholders and presenting strategic ideas.
- Support and mentor junior strategists, helping to elevate strategic thinking across the team.
- Work across a mix of clients, many operating within Braze-based ecosystems.
- Utilise tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics to drive strategic recommendations.
- Strategic CRM experience from an agency or strongly data‑driven in‑house environment.
- Proven ability to interpret customer data and shape CRM strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong client-facing or stakeholder engagement skills, including presenting insights and recommendations.
- Confidence working with data teams and turning analysis into actionable strategy.
- Experience with CRM platforms;
Braze exposure is highly desirable. - Familiarity with tools such as Tableau and/or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create polished, impactful decks.
- Bristol hub based 5 minutes from Temple Meads, typically 3 days per week, but they can consider London‑based candidates able to travel every other week.
