EMEA Marketing Manager - Buckinghamshire

Are you at your best when you are shaping campaigns that work across multiple markets, balancing big‑picture thinking with hands‑on delivery? Have you experience of working with a tech product across the whole of the EMEA region whilst nurturing and developing a brand?

We are supporting a successful international consumer business as they hire an EMEA Marketing Manager to lead regional campaign delivery, drive growth across European markets and ensure the brand shows up consistently and convincingly at every touchpoint.

This role plays a key part in connecting global direction with local execution. You will take ownership of EMEA marketing activity, adapting campaigns for different markets while maintaining strong commercial focus, pace and quality across channels.

• Own the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA
• Translate global strategy into regionally relevant campaign plans that support acquisition and growth
• Brand development and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all regional outputs
• Work with local teams to adapt content, messaging and assets for individual markets
• Partner with CRM, ecommerce and performance teams to optimise journeys and improve conversion
• Leverage digital assets to maximise opportunities

• Strong experience delivering multi‑market or regional marketing campaigns
• Must have worked across the full EMEA region – not just a part of it!
• A clear commercial mindset with the ability to link campaign activity to business outcomes
• Experience working with agencies and regional teams
• 5–8 years’ experience in retail, trade or channel marketing in a consumer tech environment

The role offers a hybrid working pattern with two days from home. Based in Buckinghamshire, the office is commutable from Milton Keynes, St. Albans, Luton, Hemel Hempstead and other northern Home Counties towns.
