As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy across both restaurants, ensuring a cohesive yet distinctive voice for each brand. You will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and revenue through creative campaigns and strategic initiatives.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, PR, and partnerships
• Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels
• Plan and deliver campaigns, launches, and special events
• Oversee content creation, including photography, video, and storytelling
• Collaborate with PR agencies, media, and influencers
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI
• Manage marketing budgets and timelines
• Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing with business goals

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
• Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
