Senior PR Account Manager

We’re looking for a talented PR Senior Account Manager to join a thriving B2B communications agency in Bristol – you’ll need your own transport to get here and there is free parking.

This is an opportunity to work with an established, growing team that creates ambitious client work in the B2B space. Experience of working within financial services, property, automotive or any other similar sectors would be useful.

If you have solid agency-side PR experience, enjoy building strong client relationships and love securing great coverage, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, acting as a trusted adviser and ensuring they receive exceptional service and results.

• Building strong, long-lasting client relationships and becoming their go-to PR expert.
• Developing and delivering strategic PR programmes that align with business objectives.
• Generating compelling story ideas and securing high-quality media coverage across print, digital and broadcast channels.
• Writing engaging press releases, thought leadership articles, opinion pieces and digital content.
• Identifying proactive opportunities to raise clients’ profiles and strengthen their reputations.
• Supporting issues management and helping clients navigate challenges with confidence.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and delivering insightful reporting.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, media contacts and influencers.

You’ll be an experienced PR professional who combines strong strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach.

• Previous PR agency experience, ideally working with B2B clients.
• Knowledge within financial services would be useful.
• Outstanding writing and media relations skills.
• Strong client management experience and commercial awareness.
• Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• A genuine interest in developing junior colleagues and contributing to team success.
