The Marketing and Communications Manager will play a central role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage key stakeholders, and drive business growth. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Lead corporate communications efforts, including press releases, media relations, and internal communications.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website content management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and promotional content.
• Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Analyse market data and campaign performance metrics to optimise marketing strategies and maximise ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media contacts, and industry partners.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance company visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
• Support senior management with regular reporting on marketing activities, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.

• Proven experience in a marketing and communications management role, ideally within the Marketing, PR & Advertising sectors.
• Demonstrable success in developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies and suppliers.
• Ability to analyse data and market research to inform decision-making.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
• Knowledge of the UK marketing landscape and regulatory considerations.
