Sylva, a pioneering UK healthtech start-up, is seeking a marketing owner to build a coherent, evidence-led demand engine for institutional buyers and grassroots advocates. You will manage a £120,000 budget across paid media, PR, events and tools, shaping strategies for NHS ICBs, local authorities, and families.
You will report to the CEO, work with external freelancers, and drive rapid experimentation while tracking CAC, LTV, and attribution.
