Funky Pigeon in Bristol is seeking a commercially minded CRM, Retention & Loyalty Lead to drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value across the customer lifecycle.
You'll lead CRM campaigns, automated journeys across email and other owned channels, develop the Funky VIPs loyalty programme and referral scheme, and mentor a high-performing CRM team. You'll work with Marketing, Data and Tech to turn insights into actions and improve performance.
