Experteer Overview In this role you will shape Softcat's partner marketing efforts, leading strategy and integrated campaigns with alliance partners to drive customer growth and strengthen vendor relationships. You'll manage budgets, measure ROI, and guide cross-functional execution, while developing the Partner Marketing team. This is a fast-paced, collaboration-driven opportunity at a people-first tech solutions provider. You will help expand Softcat's market reach and influence through strategic partner activity.

- Develop and lead the partner marketing strategy for key alliance partners, aligned with broader business goals Plan and deliver integrated joint go-to-market campaigns, including co-branded content and multi-channel activity Own and manage partner marketing budgets, tracking ROI and campaign performance to deliver insights Shape and support the vendor engagement framework for effective collaboration across partners Represent marketing in partner QBRs, strategy sessions, and joint planning with senior stakeholders Lead and develop the Partner Marketing team, setting objectives and coaching performance Tasks Significant B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in partner or alliance marketing (reseller/distribution experience preferred) Proven ability to deliver measurable results through joint marketing campaigns and strategic partner activity Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders Excellent understanding of co-marketing best practices, MDF management, and partner ecosystems Highly analytical and commercially minded with strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Strategic yet hands‑on, proactive, able to manage change in a fast-paced environment Key requirements Hybrid working (3 days in the office) Flexible hours Flexibility around school pick up and drop offs Autonomy to realise potential Supportive, inclusive culture Career development opportunities
