This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially focused marketer to take ownership of campaigns and contribute significantly to the organisation's growth. Day-to-day of the role:
Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns. Create engaging content across various channels including social media, email marketing, websites, and digital advertising. Manage and expand the company’s social media presence. Develop both organic and paid campaigns to enhance lead generation and customer engagement. Support SEO initiatives and assist with PPC campaign management and optimisation. Maintain and develop website content and landing pages.
Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reporting and insights. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives. Support product launches, exhibitions, company events, and new site openings. Create and manage photography and video content, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Digital Marketing Executive role or similar. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and website management. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong Canva skills. Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Commercially minded with a results-focused approach. Desirable
Experience:
Background in B2B, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments.
Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce. Skills in photography, videography, and basic video editing. Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and experience managing Google Ads and/or Linked In advertising campaigns.
