Medik8 is seeking an organised CRM Executive to join during global expansion. You will own campaigns end-to-end across email and SMS/MMS, shaping multi-channel lifecycle communications and maintaining the premium brand voice.
Based in the UK, the role is hybrid (office-based 3 days per week at Elstree, with relocation to London Bridge from Jan 2027) and reports to the CRM lead. You will analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and support loyalty programs to maximise engagement.
