Content Strategist | North Somerset | £45,000 – £55,000 | Permanent We have a really exciting Content Strategist opportunity with a growing North Somerset based client. The business is fast-paced, ambitious, and focused on delivering commercially successful marketing content. About the Role This is a hands-on Content Strategist role combining strategic thinking with content creation. You’ll own content strategy across video and written channels, define what the business says and where it says it, and help build scalable content processes.

You’ll work closely with senior marketing leaders while coaching and supporting a Content Creator.

Key Responsibilities Own the content strategy across video and written content. Manage the editorial calendar across multiple channels. Develop audience-focused content plans aligned to commercial goals. Lead video content direction across You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook. Brief, coach and support the Content Creator. Define and maintain tone of voice and editorial standards. Support SEO-focused content planning and delivery. Analyse content performance and continuously improve content strategy.

What We’re Looking For Passion and experience in content, editorial, copywriting or content marketing.

Experience with marketing for considered purchase Experience owning content strategy rather than solely executing it. Strong understanding of short-form video and audience engagement. Experience mentoring or managing junior team members. Good working knowledge of SEO and content performance. Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach.
