Reed Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join their Norwich office on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting a wide range of business development and marketing activities that help drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the firm's reputation across the region.

The Role As a Business Development & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting partners and fee earners with strategic business development initiatives. You'll be involved in the planning and delivery of events, marketing campaigns, client engagement activities, and promotional content. Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting business development plans for teams, partners, and individual fee earners. Organising and attending client events, seminars, webinars, and networking opportunities. Representing the firm at external events, awards ceremonies, and industry functions. Producing professional presentations, delegate materials, and event collateral. Assisting with proposals, tenders, credentials, and pitch documentation. Coordinating business development meetings, actions, and follow-up activities. Managing submissions to legal and professional directories.

Maintaining and updating CRM records and contact databases. Coordinating photography and PR opportunities. Promoting content across social media platforms. Supporting internal and external communications initiatives. Assisting with a variety of ad hoc marketing and business development projects. About You The successful candidate will be an organised, enthusiastic, and confident individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience within a marketing, business development, or communications role. Strong event management and coordination experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience producing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of CRM systems and social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to events, including occasional evening commitments.
