We’re working with a growing digital marketing agency in Bristol that is investing in its Paid Media division and has ambitious plans over the next couple of years. As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll manage campaigns, advise clients and help shape how performance media evolves across established and emerging channels.

What you’ll be doing As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll manage paid advertising campaigns from planning and build through to optimisation, analysis and reporting. You’ll work across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, building Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, Remarketing and Video campaigns. You’ll also manage paid social activity across platforms including Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, Reddit and Pinterest.

There’s scope to get involved with Programmatic campaigns too, ideally using Stack Adapt.

You’ll own client budgets, monitor performance and turn campaign data into clear recommendations. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, identify new opportunities and develop strategies that support growth. You’ll also work alongside specialists across SEO, Content and wider digital marketing, making sure Paid Media works as part of a joined-up strategy. What experience you’ll need to apply Hands-on agency experience across Paid Search and/or Paid Social.

Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Experience building, managing and optimising biddable media campaigns. Experience across paid social platforms such as Meta and Linked In. Ability to analyse campaign data and turn insight into clear actions. Experience managing client relationships, budgets and campaign reporting. Good understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Video.

Experience with Programmatic DSPs would be beneficial, particularly Stack Adapt. Strong organisation and time management skills across multiple accounts. A genuine interest in digital marketing, emerging platforms and industry developments. What you’ll get in return for your experience As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll join a supportive, specialist team where learning and progression are taken seriously. You’ll receive a dedicated training budget, personal development support and access to a mentor scheme.

The role offers flexible working hours and hybrid working.

You’ll also receive 25 days’ holiday plus an additional day for each year of service, up to 32 days, a discretionary annual bonus, birthday day off, company pension, enhanced parental leave, flexible benefits including private healthcare and gym or yoga membership, eyecare support, an end-of-year office closure, early finishes on Friday afternoons off during summer. What's next? If you’re a Paid Media Manager looking for a role where you can work across multiple channels, develop your expertise and have a genuine influence on client strategy, we’d love to hear from you.
