Parish Grants Officer – Diocese of Westminster
Location:
London, SW1P
Salary: £37,500 per annum

- Lead and manage the National Lottery Awards for All grant programme across the Diocese.
- Guide parishes through the full application process, helping them secure up to £20,000 for projects that strengthen community life.
- Ensure parishes are fully supported from first enquiry to successful submission, empowering them to deliver initiatives that bring people together and support those most affected by the cost‑of‑living crisis.
- Work closely with parishes, priests, and key stakeholders, providing support with bid writing, promoting funding opportunities, and proactively building a strong pipeline of prospective applicants.
- Support grant‑fundraising capacity across the Diocese.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Report on monitoring returns and internal KPIs.
- Competency in fundraising.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong bid‑writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience preparing reports and budgets.
- The ability to travel to parishes and attend meetings and events.
