Main duties of the jobAs a Bank Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting all clinical areas of the Trusts as and when required.
- Ensuring local policies and procedures are known and followed, and duties are carried out in accordance with the advisory guidelines and the NMC code.
- Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
- Supervision and guidance of other staff, including health care support workers and students as required.
- Hold RN (adult) registration with a current NMC license to practice.
- Have a minimum of 12 months post‑qualification experience (15 months for NQN's – 3 months preceptorship, then 12 months acute experience).
- Have recent acute hospital experience within the last 18‑24 months.
- Be willing to commit to a 4‑day induction programme if successful.
- Have the right to work in the UK (with relevant Adaptation/ONP if applicable).
- Be able to commence work within 3 months of offer.
