Job summary

Chew Medical Practice has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic band 5 / 6 Nurse to join our busy and friendly general practice team. The position would be suitable for a newly qualified nurse or experienced nurse looking to develop their skills within primary care.

Job share applications will be considered.

• Work as an effective team member and promote a multi‑agency collaborative approach to health care.

• Ensure that accurate record keeping and communication is maintained to ensure efficient evaluation and monitoring.
• Attend and participate in practice meetings.

• A registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
