• Advanced Nurse Practitioner ANP – Hemel Hempstead (Part-time locum)
  Dream Medical is working with a modern GP surgery in Hemel Hempstead requiring a hard-working ANP to cover Monday to Friday throughout December. Shift pattern:
  Monday 08:00 - 18:30;
  Tuesday – Friday 09:00 – 15:00. See patients of all ages and perform home visits. Independent prescriber with minor illness and chronic disease management experience.
  Requirements:
  - NMC Registration and pin
  - V300 prescribing qualification
  - Minor illness experience
  - Enhanced DBS

  Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (FTE, DOE).

  Busy and friendly practice seeking full-time agency support. On-site, Monday–Friday; minimum 37.5 hours per week. Independent role.

  Dream Medical is working with an Out of Hours service providing Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner Cover. We receive monthly rotas; shifts vary.
• Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioners – Bracknell
