We are engaging a highly skilled medical professional for a bespoke 1:1 nursing role aboard a private superyacht. Your patient is an 80-year-old VIP requiring attentive, acute-level monitoring. The vessel is charting a course for the dramatic and artistic landscapes of the Costa Brava (Wild Coast). You will oversee the client's health while the yacht navigates the rocky coves of Begur
, the surrealist haven of Cadaqués
, and the protected marine reserve of the Medes Islands
. This role demands a practitioner who can provide hospital-grade care amidst the rugged beauty of the Spanish Catalan coast.
Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor who directs all care pathways and emergency responses.
Physiotherapy Team: On-board specialists ensuring the client’s daily mobility and rehabilitation.
Nursing Staff: A cohesive team of Western-trained nurses providing mutual operational support.
The SafetyTo ensure the highest standards of patient safety and nurse well-being, this role operates on a strict Double-Nurse Shift System
. You will never be the sole practitioner on duty; a second qualified nurse is always present to assist with transfers, medication verification, and to ensure you have structured rest periods.

RequirementsEducation: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-accredited university.

Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is mandatory for effective communication with the medical lead.
Profile: A resilient, professional demeanor with the ability to maintain strict discretion in a luxury environment.

Leave: 30 days of paid annual leave.
