Full Time Advanced Nurse Practitioner urgently required for a Practice in the Bristol area.

Dream Medical is working with a respected Practice in the Bristol area and urgently requires a full‑time Advanced Nurse Practitioner ASAP.

An opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated and friendly team. The role is to provide holistic health care for patients, including those with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.

Your main responsibilities are to triage and manage patients requesting home visits, assess and then implement the appropriate programme of care, including options of face‑to‑face clinical consultations and nurse‑led prescribing. You will assist in improving the management of long‑term conditions such as CHD, asthma, diabetes and COPD, as well as improving smoking rates, sexual health, minor illness, physical health and healthy eating.

This role is full time, salary is negotiable depending on experience and includes additional benefits.
