Registered Nurse; RGN

Advantage Angels is recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN) for flexible agency shifts across Bristol & Surrounding Areas. We work with a wide range of care homes, nursing homes and supported living services in the area, and we're looking for experienced nurses who want the freedom to choose when and where they work — without being tied to a fixed rota. Whether you're looking to supplement existing employment, return to nursing after a break, or simply want more control over your schedule, we have immediate shifts available and ongoing opportunities with trusted care providers.

As a Registered Nurse with Advantage Angels, you will play a vital role in delivering clinical, person-centred care across healthcare settings.

• Administering medication and overseeing clinical care plans
• Carrying out clinical assessments and monitoring resident health
• Leading and supporting Healthcare Assistants and wider care teams
• Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NMC standards
• Helping to create a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for service users

• Active NMC registration with no restrictions
• A minimum of 6 months paid UK nursing experience in a care home, nursing home or hospital setting
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care
• The right to work in the UK without sponsorship
• A full clean UK driving licence or the ability to travel to placement locations
• No previous convictions

£28.00-£40.00 per hour with enhanced rates for nights, weekends and bank holidays. Weekly or monthly pay – your choice. Flexible shifts chosen entirely around your availability.
