ITU/ICU Registered Nurses to join our team for assignments at a medical facility located near

BS23 4TQ
.

In this role, you will deliver high-standard, one-to-one critical care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions. We offer complete flexibility with

full-time, part-time, ad-hoc, and block-booking options
, spanning both day and night shifts to suit your lifestyle.

Provide continuous, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

Monitor, record, and interpret vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, and advanced life-support equipment data.

Manage mechanical ventilators, infusion pumps, and specialized critical care therapeutics.

Administer medications, blood products, and intravenous therapies safely and accurately.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, consultants, and specialists) to formulate and execute patient care plans.

Respond rapidly and effectively to medical emergencies and sudden changes in patient status.

Provide compassionate communication, reassurance, and support to patients' families.

Valid NMC Registration with an active PIN.

Minimum

6 months to 1 year of recent UK-based ITU/ICU nursing experience
.

Proven competency in managing ventilated patients and critical care technology.

Up-to-date mandatory training certificates (Basic Life Support / Advanced Life Support is a strong advantage).

Enhanced DBS check (registered on the Update Service is preferred).

Strong clinical decision-making, resilience, and communication skills.

Competitive Pay: £32.00 per hour.
