HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the Swanley and Rural PCN Community Nursing Team in North Kent. The role involves delivering nursing care in patients' homes and local communities, supporting long-term conditions, and promoting independence.
Newly qualified nurses are supported by a Preceptorship Programme, with a full UK driving licence essential. The post is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with shift coverage seven days per week between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
