Practice Plus Group is seeking a Senior Primary Care Nurse for the Primary Care team at HMP Eastwood Park, a female prison near Bristol. This part-time role is 25 hours per week, with two long days and a catch-up shift, and typical shifts from early morning to late evening.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver nursing‑led services, undertake medication rounds, respond to emergencies, and provide evidence‑based, patient‑centred care in a secure setting.
