This role is based in a well-established practice in Bristol, renowned for its commitment to providing the highest standards of veterinary care.
Location: Bristol
Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon with a strong interest in surgery and diagnostic imaging. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team, playing a vital role in the practice's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of veterinary experience and a passion for improving animal welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care, particularly in medicine and imaging.
- Perform surgeries, including complex procedures, with a focus on precision and patient welfare.
- Conduct diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic methods.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring accurate and timely diagnoses.
- Work closely with the practice's multi-disciplinary team to develop treatment plans and ensure optimal patient care.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, offering advice and guidance on treatment options.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in veterinary medicine and surgery.
About You:
- A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with at least 5 years of experience.
- An interest in surgery and imaging.
- A passion for providing excellent patient care and client service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- RCVS registered (or eligibility to register).
