Specialist or Board Eligible Surgeon

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover equal family leave within the surgical team at Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists to commence around 3rd July 2026.

You will join three ECVS diplomates as part of the surgery team alongside a team of around 40 referral clinicians. You will take part in the small animal surgery referral service (Soft Tissue and Orthopaedics) including contributing to the week‑night and weekend out‑of‑hours service.

The applicant would preferably be a European or American board‑certified (ECVS/ACVS) surgeon; we will also consider candidates who have completed an ECVS/ACVS accredited residency.

You can find us in Hampshire, just south of Winchester, close to the M3 and national and international transport links. We are in a serene countryside setting with state‑of‑the‑art facilities and are available to look after pets 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
