Spray Operator​/General Farm Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Operator / General Farm Worker to join our dynamic team at P & J Mansfield Soft Fruit LTD, a progressive and well‑established fruit‑growing business.

• Safe and efficient application of crop protection products
• General farm work including transport and machinery operation
• Maintenance of spraying equipment and accurate record‑keeping
• Support across all areas of orchard operations as required

• PA1 certifications
• Experience and understanding of tractors
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health & safety standards

• Experience with Trailed Sprayers, Forklifts and Telehandlers (not essential – training can be provided)
• Experience in spraying under tunnels
• PA3B Certified (Boom Sprayer with Air Assistance) – (not essential – training can be provided)
