Pitney Farm Market Garden is seeking an Assistant Grower to support management of organic vegetable production across the field, propagation area, polytunnels, pack shed and deliveries. The role involves hands-on farming tasks, record keeping and assisting with harvesting and post-harvest activities.
The successful candidate will work with a small team under head growers, take on some responsibility, and help supervise seasonal staff.
