Animal Trust (UK) Bolton is seeking a Development Team Leader to mentor recent veterinary graduates, drive clinical governance, and support professional growth within the team. You will work with the Lead Vet to address training needs and ensure high standards of care on site.
Responsibilities include leading training delivery, acting as VetGDP advisor, and line-managing graduates and, when needed, more experienced veterinarians, under the guidance of Practice Manager.
