Job Description What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assessing operational compliance against ACS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant British Standards.
  • Logging and managing nonconformities (N/Cs), ensuring timely corrective actions and successful closure.
  • Monitoring adherence to legal, statutory, industry, and corporate requirements.
  • Supporting screening and vetting processes when required.
  • Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures to maintain effectiveness and compliance.
  • Coordinating readiness for external audits and supporting site teams throughout the process.
  • Assisting the Compliance Manager with audit planning, reporting, and management reviews.
Qualifications Essential
  • Experience in auditing, compliance, or quality assurance.

  • Knowledge of ISO standards and ACS requirements.
  • Confident communicator—able to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel regionally.
  • Detail–focused with excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and resilience.
Desirable
  • Security industry experience or similar regulated environment.
  • Recognised auditing qualification (e.g., ISO Internal/Lead Auditor).
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or similar H&S training.
  • Experience in root–cause analysis or incident investigation.
