Quality Manager

Responsibilities

Make an impact

• Continuously improve the quality management system, standards and processes
• Lead analysis of errors and defects in projects
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and products
• Analyze cost of poor quality, and enable the organization to reduce cost of poor quality
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Drive Problem Solving via Root Cause Analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions for projects
• Plan, conduct and support internal process, project and management system audits, to ensure compliance to a global ISO 9001 certification
• Oversee quality management processes for Supplier Quality, Supplier Ratings and Compliance
• Coordinate with international quality teams to standardize quality practices across regions

What you need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an ISO 9001-regulated environment (or equivalent)
• Deep knowledge of integrated management systems and certification, especially for ISO 9001
• Strong analytical skills in quality tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, A3’s and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams
• Be available for travel to job sites, regional sites and global offices (25% travel)
• Proven track record in reducing cost of poor quality and improving operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, business or a related field
• Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies
• Experience in international quality standards and regulations
• Project Management Certified (PMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified
• Familiar with Health Safety and Environmental programs and practices (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001)
