Your impact

As a Test Manager, you’ll lead quality assurance efforts on transformative digital projects, overseeing the delivery of high‑quality digital solutions across sectors such as water, transportation, defence, and government, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical systems that drive impactful change.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks.
  • Lead and manage testing activities across functional, non‑functional, and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee defect management, quality metrics reporting, and release readiness assessments.
What you’ll need:
  • Extensive experience in test management within agile digital delivery environments.
  • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or Cucumber.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools, functional and non‑functional testing techniques, and defect tracking systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and foster collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

This role is subject to UK Security Vetting at SC level. Applicants must be willing to undergo the required security clearance process. The role is full‑time, permanent, hybrid (2–3 days/week) based in Bristol, with occasional business travel across the UK.
