QA Analyst

Hybrid – occasional travel to our Bristol office
The RoleWorking as part of an Agile Scrum Team, the role of the QA Analyst is to ensure that our bespoke products are delivered to the highest quality.
You will be involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle and will use your excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure that the Scrum Team delivers valuable increments of functionality to our stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios
- Manage test data
- Execute tests
- Analyse test results and report bugs
- Perform Functional Testing to a high standard
- Apply non‑functional testing techniques
- Provide input on software requirements, product design, and potential issues
- Prepare test deliverables and walk‑throughs
- Test throughout the entire SDLC from User Story to Production
- ISTQB Certified Tester
- Attention to detail
- Communication and collaboration
- Manual testing techniques:
Black Box, White Box, Acceptance and Integration - Exploratory testing
- Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Highly organised with a logical, methodical approach to work
- API testing, load and performance testing
- Familiar with databases (SQL Server) and able to read and construct SQL queries
- Automated testing experience
- Design, create and review automated tests using Playwright
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
