A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across Bristol and the wider South West region. • £36,000 - £42,000 salary (DOE)

• Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
• Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certification
• Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring compliance with procedures
• Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG

• Managing workload across multiple sites
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality

• BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
• Professional, organised, and reliable
