Your new role As Quality Manager, you will lead the site's quality compliance agenda, ensuring robust systems and procedures are in place to maintain food safety, quality and legal compliance standards. Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will manage the Quality team and play a key role in maintaining audit readiness, supporting HACCP reviews, managing customer specifications, overseeing supplier compliance and driving continuous improvement will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System, leading internal audits, supporting BRCGS and customer audits, investigating non-conformances, implementing corrective actions and ensuring effective monitoring of food safety and quality systems.
The role will also involve working closely with operational teams to strengthen food safety culture, develop team capability and deliver meaningful quality improvements across the site.
