Inspector, Quality Assurance - QA​/QC, Quality Control - QC Analysts​/Managers

• Inspection of castings using appropriate plant, equipment and techniques
• Working to inspection procedure card specifications and drawings, confirming with quality acceptance standards
• Completing inspection documentation as necessary including logging and detailing defects on specified blades and NGV's
• Raising scrap, correction or salvage documentation
• Booking work through computer terminal and checking priorities
• Working in a team environment to ensure shiftily tasks are achieved
• Escalate issues that affect shift output Time served apprenticeship (NVQ Level
  3) in relevant field
• 2 or more years' experience in the inspection of Turbine blades and NGVs
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Good communicator
• Able to follow set procedure

Finished castings require final inspection after the polish operation and before despatch to customers to assure we are delivering parts of the right quality.
