A busy office where you will be registering applicants, booking and carrying out viewings and tying up offers. They are looking for a Lettings negotiator ideally with experience within the property industry.

• Arranging and carrying property viewings
• Negotiating lets
• Listening to potential tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have

• Recent experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving license and Car
