With continued growth across the region, they are now looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their Shirehampton office.
Role OverviewThis is a great opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful branch. The role would suit someone looking to build or continue a career in residential lettings within a supportive, structured environment, with clear progression opportunities available.
You’ll be responsible for managing applicants and landlords, conducting viewings, negotiating lets, and progressing tenancies from offer through to move-in, while delivering a consistently high level of customer service.
Key Duties- Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable rental properties
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental offers and tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
- Progress agreed lets through referencing to move-in
- Maintain regular communication with landlords, tenants, and third-party providers
- Update and manage the CRM system accurately
- Assist with rental market appraisals and property listings where required
- Proactively generate new business through applicant management and follow-up
- Previous experience in residential lettings or a strong desire to build a career in estate agency
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Basic salary of £25,000 OTE £27,000

- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (with a weekday off in lieu)
