Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside our client, a rapidly growing independent lettings & property management agency based in the heart of Clifton, Bristol. Due to continued growth and success we are looking for a Property Manager to join our client’s property management team, with core responsibilities resolving maintenance issues and conducting property inventories/visits.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, able to prioritise workload and has experience in a property management role. The opportunity to study and take the ARLA exams will be fully funded. If this role sounds of interest we look forward to hearing from you.

• Liaising with contractors on maintenance issues and instructing works to be carried out
• Organising certification to ensure compliance across the portfolio
• Conducting regular property visits
• Carrying out property inventories, check‑outs and inspections
• Processing deposits
• Occasionally support the wider company where necessary

• Highly organised
• Excellent communicator
• Strong administrative / IT skills
• Previous experience in a property management role
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential

• Starting salary of £30,000 - £34,000
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays

• Extra day holiday for every year of service
