You'll have the chance to think commercially and drive value. You'll manage strategic initiatives, lease renewals, rent reviews, and service charge budgets, while liaising with landlords and tenants and providing advice to clients across a diverse portfolio that includes multi‑let industrial estates, offices, retail, and mixed‑use properties.

• Skilled in service charge management and reconciliation
• Has experience with industrial assets
• Commercially minded with willingness to get stuck in
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is desirable
• Competitive salary (£50k) + discretionary bonus
