JOB TITLE

Business Development Manager

Clifton area, Bristol

SALARY AND OTE

Basic salary £32,000

Realistic OTE £38,000 plus

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6:00pm

No weekends

OVERVIEW

Due to continued growth, an established lettings business is looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to join a busy, high performing team covering Clifton and surrounding central Bristol areas. This is a great opportunity for someone with rental valuation experience who enjoys building long term landlord relationships and thrives in a fast paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct accurate rental valuations and secure new instructions
  • Generate new business and grow managed and let only portfolios
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with landlords
  • Handle offers, negotiations, and landlord tenant queries professionally
  • Run day to day elements of the business within your area of control
  • Implement local strategies to support growth and market share
  • Drive performance and support others as the team expands
  • Ensure compliance with systems, standards, and lettings legislation
  • Contribute to a high performing, service driven office culture
  • Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and performance targets
  • WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Confident, driven, and passionate about property and people
  • Proven experience in a similar role covering valuations, instructions, and negotiations
  • Commercial mindset with a strong eye for opportunity
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Team focused self starter with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast moving market
  • Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance, or a genuine willingness to learn
