About Us:
We are a leading real estate and construction company engaged in buying and selling our own real estate, letting and operating owned or leased properties, managing real estate on a fee or contract basis, and undertaking construction projects. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, corporate clients, and construction project stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate and construction services.
- Work closely with the leasing, property management, and construction teams to ensure seamless transactions and project execution.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.
- Attend industry events, networking meetings, and real estate and construction exhibitions to enhance the company's market presence.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, real estate, or construction.
- Strong understanding of property buying, selling, leasing, and construction project processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Knowledge of local real estate and construction laws and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a real estate agency, property management firm, construction company, or similar environment.
