Miller Homes is seeking a Land Manager to join our expanding South West Land team based in Bristol. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating and securing land opportunities that meet the business needs for the region.
Responsibilities include identifying land opportunities on and off-market, assessing appraisals to establish land values, and preparing opportunities for offers in consultation with internal and external parties. You will maintain formal reporting as required.
